Thanks for your help Joan. I guess I will be shopping for a walking foot now. I've used one before, can only think it was for leatherware? I remember it being quite fun to watch.
I'm trying to decide the best way to make the quilt backing now. The fabric shrunk so much that I now don't have enough, so will have to piece bits together! I guess it will just add character to it!
The comments from my co-workers on the new sign will be interesting.
